At an.mé /ahn-may/, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return at the an.mé studio, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
